The Role
As a Commercial Manager, you’ll ideally be based in the Midlands to work closely with our National Food Service & Retail customers. Reporting to our National Account Controller, this role offers excellent progression for a National Account Executive or Sales Executive looking to elevate their career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a defined portfolio of National Food Service accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Supporting the National Account Controller with the day-to-day management of Key National Accounts, including deputising as required.
- Identifying and securing new customer opportunities.
- Cross-selling products across the Onoré Group portfolio.
- Supporting the team at trade shows and freshers’ weeks.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts.

We’re seeking someone with:
- Proven experience in FMCG and a strong understanding of National Accounts and multiples.
- Exceptional negotiation and numeracy skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT software.
- A results-driven attitude combined with a friendly and professional demeanour.
