Production Operative - Pastry

We are looking for Pastry Production Operatives to join our friendly Pastry team! Starting salary is £12.10 per hour with an enhanced rate of £15.13 per hour. Enhanced rate is for hours between 20:00 and 06:00 and for hours over 37.5 per week. Hours worked on a Sunday are £16.09 per hour.

We are seeking people who can be flexible regarding their hours. Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 04:00 to 12:30, with 2 x 30 mins unpaid breaks.

Start and finish times may occasionally change to meet the needs of the business.

Our Pastry colleagues are dedicated to crafting high quality pastry and cutting pastry bases for our handcrafted line and producing top-quality pie lids for our valued customers. Your attention to detail will ensure that we consistently meet the differing standards set by our diverse customer base. You will be following precise recipes, using and moving large bakery equipment to maintain our commitment to excellence. This is a physically active role, requiring you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
