Since I came to work at PC, there have been many changes over the years, personnel, customers, premises to name a few, but what makes all of the changes easier to adapt  to are the colleagues.

We work together every day as a team, nothing would be possible without each other. Every department within the company has their part to play none more important than the other.

We all rely on Leadership, Structure, Training and planning but above all we need Team spirit and team players.

Staff wellbeing is at the forefront of every colleague and this has been the biggest change over the years. Seeing new colleagues join the department and flourish and become tightly integrated into the team makes it all worthwhile.
